Designing and implementing a European communication plan

The keys to improvement

This module is aimed at professionals who already have grounding in communication, either through their experience or training, and who wish to improve.

Background

The European communication plan is an absolute must, a prerequisite for effective communication. But mastering a communication plan requires a great deal of expertise: one must respect each stage, move one step at a time, match messages to targets, have evaluation methods, and ensure synergy between different actions.
This advanced level module offers a more specialised approach than the first level, notably through a longer session of exercises and a more detailed focus on information and communication technology.

To develop a global communication strategy and define a communication plan adapted to objectives and target audiences.
To draw up an effective media plan.
To implement the plan and steer it through appropriate use of information and communication technology.
To audit the implemented communication strategy by using evaluation tools.
