Brussels has become the world’s second lobbying capital, after Washington. Every day, some 5,000 organisations representing a huge range of interests (economic, social, communities, local and regional authorities, etc.) seek to influence European institutions.

To undertake a lobbying campaign at the right time, in the right way, and aimed at relevant organisations.
To identify the right strategy.

Decision-making processes
Lobbying campaign: preparatory phase and strategic phase
Parliament: lobbying the European Parliament and ways to present amendments.
Commission: consultations at the European Commission
Council: lobbying the Council and way to present amendments.
Ethical rules of lobbying.
Introducing information and communication technology into lobbying strategies.
Case studies.
Simulation, practical group exercises.

This training alternates sessions in French and in English.
