IHECS-FC réalise également sur demande des formations à la carte, allant du coaching individuel jusqu’au projet collectif pour une équipe donnée.
Tous les domaines d’expertise du Groupe IHECS peuvent être adaptés de façon pratique à la formation continue, de courte ou de moyenne durée.
Celles et ceux qui ne trouvent pas dans le programme les réponses tout à fait appropriées à leurs besoins peuvent contacter IHECS-FC :
- Pour nous soumettre leur projet de formation.
- Pour nous suggérer la mise en œuvre de nouveaux modules.
- Nous les accompagnerons dans leur démarche d’identification ou dans la construction précise de leurs besoins de formation.
- Nous les orienterons dans le choix d’un formateur ou d’un opérateur de formation.
Pour adapter le module ou construire un programme ad hoc, IHECS-FC prend en compte les besoins du commanditaire, les attentes et le niveau de connaissance des destinataires, dans le respect des exigences de confidentialité.
Formation intra ou extra muros
Toutes les formations présentées dans le catalogue (ou construites sur mesure) peuvent être organisées, sur demande, au sein de l’entreprise. À l’exception des modules comprenant du travail média en studio (studio radio, studio TV, labo photo, atelier d’infographie, atelier multimédia).

IHECS-FE also delivers tailored training on request, ranging from individual coaching to a collective project for a particular team.
All expertise areas of the IHECS Group can be practically adapted to short- or medium-term further education.
Those who feel that the programme is not exactly right for their needs may contact the IHECS-FE :
- To submit their training project.
- To suggest to us the setting up of new modules.
- We will help them in the process of identifying, or drawing up, their precise training needs.
- We will guide them in their choice of trainer or training operator.
To adapt a module or devise an ad hoc programme, the IHECS-FE takes into account the needs of the person making the request, as well as the expectations and level of knowledge of the students, while respecting confidentiality.
On-site or off-site training
All training featured in the catalogue (or tailor-made) can, on request, be organised within a company. The only exception to this is modules that include media work in a studio (radio studio, TV studio, photographic laboratory, graphic arts workshop, multimedia workshop.
